How are the interviews scored?
- Each transcript is scored by a panel of three independent AI models that majority-vote, reducing the chance any single model’s quirk skews the result. You see per-question scores across Relevance, Depth, Accuracy and Communication, plus overall dimensions and an interview score out of 100.
What language are the interviews in?
- Orbis video interviews are conducted in English today. Separately, the platform natively parses and preserves Arabic and bilingual resumes for screening.
Can candidates take the interview any time?
- Yes. Each candidate gets a time-limited interview link you can configure, with reminder and extension controls, so they interview on their own schedule, without a recruiter on the call.
How do you handle interview integrity?
- Completed interviews surface an integrity report, including background-speech detection and AI-assisted-answer likelihood, so you can review sessions with appropriate context.
