Orbis AI is an AI recruiting platform for hiring teams. We think AI should do the heavy lifting of hiring, screening, interviewing, even negotiating, while people keep the judgment and the final call.

What is Orbis AI?

Orbis AI is an end-to-end AI recruiting platform. It screens every applicant through a transparent, scored pipeline, conducts an autonomous AI video interview, can negotiate the offer against a private ceiling you set, and gives recruiters an AI copilot, Orbis, to do the busywork.

It’s designed for hiring teams across the Middle East, with native Arabic-resume handling and MENA-aware screening. The goal is simple: help teams decide on the best people, faster, without handing judgment to a black box.

We refuse to rank or filter candidates by protected attributes, and score interviews with a three-model jury rather than one opaque model.

Transparent

Every candidate carries a score you can open and inspect at each stage. You set the weights; nothing is hidden.

Built for the region

Native Arabic-resume handling and MENA-aware screening, because hiring in the Gulf isn’t the same as hiring in San Francisco.
